The site offers strength scoring calculators (including DOTS and IPF GL Points), optional blog articles, and related tools such as saving results in your browser or sharing images you create. Content is provided for education and convenience. Federations, meet directors, and official rulebooks have the final say on how scores count for ranking or qualification.
No medical or coaching advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, personalized coaching, or a substitute for guidance from a qualified professional. Strength training carries risk of injury. If you have questions about health, load, or technique, speak with an appropriate professional.
